Our Wine and Vineyards

The house wines we offer our clients are made at the agrarian company "El doss", owned by our family. The vineyards are situated in the area of the Lake Garda and Tenno; an area with a moderate climate thanks to the lake (which you can see on photos on this page) and which helps the wine-growing. Our vineyards are cultivated at the original and traditional way by the last Benini generations. 

The grapes we cultivate are merlot and cabernet which create our "Rosso el doss", a red and intense wine goes well for meat and cold cuts, and the "schiava" a rosè wine with a more "fresh" taste which goes well with delicate dishes. The photos show some images of our wine cellar which can be visited directly from the restaurant: who is interested to see our wine production, please ask for a visit and we are happy to show you the cellars.
