The house wines we offer our clients are made at the agrarian company "El doss", owned by our family.
The vineyards are situated in the area of the Lake Garda and Tenno; an area with a moderate climate thanks
to the lake (which you can see on photos on this page) and which helps the wine-growing.
Our vineyards are cultivated at the original and traditional way by the last Benini generations.
The grapes we cultivate are merlot and cabernet which create our "Rosso el doss", a red and intense wine goes
well for meat and cold cuts, and the "schiava" a rosè wine with a more "fresh" taste which goes well with delicate dishes.
