The "Carne Salada", main dish of our Trattoria, was created in the Middle Ages to preserve meat. At the end of the nineteenth century, in 1896, the grandparents of Giorgio Benini opened the Trattoria using the same ancient preserving system. Still today this tradition is followed with the same attention and preparation.
